Dear Sir/Madam of O.F.C.P. Admin. I'm very hurt on the inside that you could be so harsh in your tone of writing to Melissa. I thought people who work at O.F.C.P. would understand where she was comming from and not answer her so harsh. I have C.P. and sometimes I have problems making people understand what I say to them but they never come back with a harsh tone like you did. I wonder why you would want to work and be around C.P. people if you're going to answer questions this way? Is this the way you normally treat people? Thank-you for your time. Yours truly Frank
