my parents did not tell me I had cp till I was 42. my mom said it was nobodys buisness she would not talk about it not even with me . I went all through school and my teatchers did not know I had cp .I was always in troble at school because I could not and did not want to do sports . some times got asked are you retarted. I had no I dea why people would say that till my mom told me I had cp and then I put the pieces together.I feel my family doctor should have told me I had cp but he never did and he has passed away a long time ago. makes me wonder how many other people he held information .
