Posted by Tiger I browse the net and happened to find this fabulous discussion board, and ask for your help! We are blessed with a 28-weeker (0 day) baby boy with birth weight of 2 lbs and 7 ounces. He has been doing well, except on the second day after his birth, the doctor from NICU tried to pull out the O2 tube from his lung, causing his lost heart beat and decreased blood presure for 15 min, and a week or so afterwards he was very inactive, did not move, with zero / very low muscle tone. No brain bleeding was seen, but all 4 times of EEG showed abnormal results. He is now at 4.5 months with 18 pounds, and doing smiling and cooing, 100% relying on breast feeding etc. One thing I am worried is that: He started doing roll-over more than 2 months ago, and pulled up his head and part of his trunk; and 2 months later now, he is doing pretty much the same thing, and he is still not able to roll over without help. We have not seen any progress in terms of his roll-over, is this posibly related to CP? I feel like he has the strength, but not knowing how to use it. His legs are pretty strong now, and hoding his fingers he likes to bounce and moves a little bit. Sorry to bother you, and I am looking forward to your help and comments. Regards, Tiger
