Posted by Elizabeth My muscle spasms are in my legs and my knees I have gone back to my doctor and I have been refered to a specialist. My appointment is at a hospital in London Ontario is on April 25th. I eat very healthy and I get as much exercise as I can . I think this is something I will just have to learn to live with until I have my appointment in London Ontario. What is Fibromyalga if you don't mind me asking? I am keeping a log of how often I am getting my spasms. I also think the weather has something to do with it because I have noticed when it is raining or cold out my spasms feel worse . The information you shared with me has helped a lot. Thanks for wishing me luck Elizabeth
