Posted by Elizabeth I Think because I am getting a bit old my Cerebral Palsy is effecting me differently then it used to . Even though I have always had Cerebral Palsy I have not had muscle spasm before. I am not on any medication for my spasms I am taking a Calcium / Magnesium suppliement to see if that helps my muscle spasm I have been taking it for 12 weeks but I have not noticed any difference in my spasms. There has not been any change to my diet. I eat healthy. I think when I have my appointment in London Ontario I will hopefully get some answers . Thanks for your Support . Elizabeth
