I knwo that muscles spasms are hard to deal with but it jsut becomes part of your life that you learn to ingore it the best you can. hot baths, creams that heat up the muscles around where its worse helps, there are lots of medications out there to help as well. from what you discribe that this is new to you is maybe cause our mucles do change within our cp as we get older, i was told by the specilaist i saw that the reason why i was getting even more tone then before was cause my muslces no longer could relax with how i was using them. I deal with chronic pain now cause all of this,
