when i get these headachs/migraines, all i can do is lay in my bed, with the door closed and everything unpluged so that there is no light at all in my room. i am now on daily medication used to prevent the pain it helps alittle but i still get them but not as bad as i did as an child. When i used to be at my worst with them they would last for weeks and cause me to louse weight cause i would not do anything including eating.
