Drooling

Happy Holidays! I was wondering if anyone had any insight on how to manage drooling. My oldest has severe drooling where I constantly change his bibs and sometimes top (s) throughout the day. But oddly he doesn't drool at while he sleeps. Or maybe he does and it is absorded in the pillow? I don't know? Anyway any tips or advice on how to help him. He is three. Thanks, Beth
