Hi Gracey, Thanks for your support . My muscle spasms have been worse this usual because of the cold weather . I had to go home from my volunteer work early because the pain was really bad and I was crying I have a low tolerance for pain . When I got home I called my physiotherapist and she told me to rest for the afternoon and listen to some relaxing music which helped a bit. All The Best, Elizabeth
