HI BECKY I HAVE HAD MY HEEL CORDS LENGTHED WHEN I WAS 12 AND IF I REMEMBER I HAD TO BE COUCH BOUND FOR ABOUT A WEEK.. THEN THEY GAVE ME BOOTS TO PUT OVER CASTS AND I WAS ABLE TO GET AROUBD I HAD THEM FOR ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS AND THEN IT TAKE A WHILE TO REGAIN STRENGTH ECT.. I SEEM TO REMEMBER I WAS IN SOME PAIN FOR A FEW DAYS BUT NOT FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.. MELISSA
