Hi Kelly;
I'm Gracey, I was born with C.P. I was also born a twin. My twin is typical. I think your little boy will improve, but it must be awful to see him
just laying there, and watch your other little one doing all the things that children do at that age. I was late in my development too, it took time, but improve I did. We never know how much improvement there will be, but I believe he will improve. It is a waiting game, but don't give up Kelly, and don't forget we on this message board are with you. So all the best to you.
