As you readers know, the New New Warriors took the remains of the Warriors that were killed and Dwayne's brother tested it to see if whether it was them or skrulls and it turned out it was likely them.
Since the SHRA had already clones a god, then a normal human should be easy. After that Norman Osborn incident that Tony was behind of, he could have next cloned Dwayne from a sample from his remains and used the clone to further his cause to manipulate the public. Like tell them that one of them survived, the leader and founder, and make him tell them that he was wrong and support the SHRA while something went wrong since the clone would be a newborn and it takes a human about 20 years to mentally mature meaning a weak understanding between right and wrong while thinking he is Dwayne.
This may end up where the "older" Tony ends up being the bad guy who recklessly screwed up again and made things worse. That this sterile future was his doing because of his quick fixes.
