Know what you mean. Although if and when Cap returns, I'm pretty sure it would be either in the Secret Invasion crossover or his own mag.
As far as NT, I'm starting to think Dwayne used Goliath's shrinking formula to shrink out of harm's way right before the Stamford blast happened. Tom Foster might currently be filling in for him for whatever reason. Maybe Dwayne is stuck in the Microverse and Tom's figuring a way to bring him back.
