In all honesty, the Night Thrasher at Stamford acted less like Dwayne. So maybe THAT dwayne could have been a skrull.
other possibilites I agree with the suggestions on another thread..ie..Bandit, Midnight fire etc..

This may be ridiculous..but in light of the New Warriors current place in the Main Marvel U..The NW are an IMPORTANT subversive faction out there.
It is a good use of a spy to create subversive groups within the population.
Could this be a great use of pre-invasion Spec Ops SKRULL Style??
If the NW had been launched as a fringe book, I'd say this Skrull idea was ridiculous..but in light of the book's apparent relevance I'd say it was a sure possibility.
