Posted by Trey All right, sure, Microbe dying may not have earth-shaking consequences. Still, it is pretty staggering for at least one member of the Warriors. Remember, Microbe was "adopted" by Dwayne Taylor, who also, after a fashion, adopted (Of course, if it IS Dwayne back in the armor, then things will get REALLY strange...) As for Namorita's --- NOT an "important" death? Her death not only sent Namor off hunting Nitro (and catching him; he's now apparently slowly being flayed alive in Atlantis), but has apparently caused him to attack the U.S. (see upcoming Namor series)!

Darkhawk:
Elvin Haliday (Rage). So Rage (currently shown in a really irritable mood in Avengers: The Initiative, has lost his adoptive brothers --- Night Thrasher and Microbe.

: I already b---ed about this over at the
: newwarriors.com forum, but whatever happened
: to marvel making character deaths mean
: something? Of the "New Warriors"
: who died at Stamford, it's now only one
: original - Namorita - and one brand new
: member. That's not exactly an important
: team death.
:
: It would be like killing "The
: Avengers!" and then knocking off
: Stingray and Ronin or something.
