These money woes may even benefit Dwayne , in that he is running from the debt of his fondation...ergo it behooves him to ditch his old identity..I.E. fake his being active as Thrasher , when he is really ditching out. Who else better to help with this questionable move..than a questionable people such as the aformentioned Bandit or Midnight's Fire (and one that will give him haunting guilt and some added character depth) 2. There is always the trump card, that Dwayne was actually a mutant of some sort. He was said to have weird DNA if i remember right. I know at one time it was supposed to be he couldnt be mind probed or somthing, but this was later debunked. So as far as that goes, Dwayne could have some mutant power that either...deals with a death or overcomes it.. I.E. a hypo sensitive healing factor that only kicks in when he is actually clinically dead. Some sort of "Mr. Impossible" resistance to death that has only now been tested. some sort of ability to disencorperate his mind from his body..and find a host.. Or some such ability...It is pretty much an open book if you want to go down this road. --Previous Message--

That Finances caused Dwayne to leave the country and sell his armor (or at least the suit seen getting killed) to somone who , in turn was the Night Thrasher seen at Stamford.
