Nova is typically of average height, around 6 feet tall I would assume.
I think the issues you have are when Garthan Saal, at the time the last known member of the Nova Corps, absorbed all of the powers of the Corps and went insane. He used the vast power to increase his size, so that's why he was so big. Presumably, Nova could do the same trick now that he's got all of the powers of the Nova Corps and the WorldMind. But he probably figures it would be a bit cumbersome to be that big.
