That doesn't mean everything he writes is like that. Check out my rundown of him at my blog in the first post of this thread. He was making two imprints, one with all-ages comics and more with more mature comics, each imprint had 3 titles. So, I think it's safe to say he can do more than leather-clad ultra-hip superhero comics. --Previous Message--

Nitpick correction: Zeb's mini-series was 6 issues, not 12.

: ..thats a fairly legit concern..seeing as
: how most of these hollywood script writers
: move at a snails pace.
:
: Lets hope we dont get an artist that will
: compound the problem.
:
: Like i said, i have fears about this writer.
: Underworld may have been a good flick, but
: it doesnt mean it's style will translate
: well to New Warriors. This has "grim
: and gritty" and "matrix style
: leather" costumes written all over it.
: I cant wait to see Rage or Justice pimped
: out in a black rubber shirt with little
: round granny glasses. I'm cashed out on the
: whole neuvo super hero style.
:
:
:
: What makes you think just because he wrote
: Underworld that he is going to write NW in
: the same exact style? I'm sure he is
: talented enough to write other material. If
: you check out his website you will see that
: he has written stories more in line with
: traditional comics. He can't do any worse
: then well known writer Zeb Wells did on that
: horrible 12 issue NW series not to long ago.
: This coming from someone who is a Wells
: fan.
