Questioning what might be a faulty assumption....

This is going to sound strange, given the last several months of posts on this site, but... is there actually any PROOF that Night Thrasher, Microbe and Namorita Prentiss are dead?
It may sound like I'm grasping at straws, but given Marvel's general reluctance to permanently kill characters, I find the following line, part of the Night Thrasher entry in The All New Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe #8, to be suspicious:
"The [reality TV] series took a tragic turn during an episode in Stamford, Connecticut, where the villain Nitro caused an explosion that killed hundreds -- including, it seems, Night Thrasher and the other Warriors present."
Operative words, "it seems."
Plus, Wizard Magazine #179 notes that the New Warriors face "an uncertain future" in Civil War: Front Line "and beyond."
What do you guys think? am I grasping at straws here, thinking that Marvel may be planning a new series based on the Warriors?
