That still doesn't make Iron Man, or Reed Richards, or Hank Pym, etc responsible for this. None of them are the ones who put Robbie in prison. None of them are the ones 'in charge' of that situation.
None of Marvel's heroes who are pro-Reg are involved in the Speedball situation except for She-Hulk...and she's trying to get him out of it!

I agree...although it seems like the are writing Robbie as a young adult now, rather than a teenager, so he may no longer truly count as a 'child'.
