Hi, I have never done this before, and am not sure....
Last year about this time we discovered that my son had Nephrotic syndrome, and at the time felt like the worst parent. Noticed my son "gaining wieght" and attributed it to diet, lack of exersise, etc. At 13 he never wore shorts, so I did not notice his legs until one day he showed me his feet and could not even see his toes. Off to the Dr and immediate referal to Children's Hospital....his weight gain was water retention, 25lbs of it. To make a long story short it was a misserable 9 monthes and eventually anti-rejection medication, which he can not stand. I have been doing alot of research on nutrition and the immune system and was wondering what others have found. There seems to be a strong coorilation in childhood deseases and poor diet. Have others found the same. I would like to share more of what I have found if people are interested. As of now we are in remission and have been since June. YEA!!!
