STRESS AND SPILLING

My daughter had a very stressfully emotional day, we are currently on a slow taper of Pred she is down to 1 cc every other day. She is only 3. Well this morning she was spilling again - she was somewhere between 100 & 300. She has no signs of any illness - I am wondering if stress can trigger of spilling???
