I would say go for the cruise. You can't let the disease stop life for you. If she is responding to the pred., chances are she will be in remission by the time you go on the cruise. If not... you just take her meds with you. I would ask your doctor to be sure, but I woud tink it would be fine.
As far as getting pregnant, that is such a personal decision. Personally, I wouldn;t let the MCNS stop me, but maybe it would be good to get through this round of pred and see how she does.
