Posted by eccrane on October 12, 2007, 8:07 pm, in reply to "Liq Prednisolone tastes ICKY" I would still love to get some feedback on MCNS and this age group though. It's so hard since she isn't able to express everything that she's feeling. She is a very sweet and mild mannered little girl and she gets frustrated so easily right now and is really quick to hit which she's never done before. I feel very helpless. Thanks again. --Previous Message--

I found someone else's post from a while back and changed to Orapred - what a difference! Now she takes it by herself. Thank you!
: My 21 month old daughter was diagnosed on
: Monday with MCNS. She just started the
: prednisolone tonight (even flavored grape)
: and it is really nasty tasting stuff. I
: think that she could swallow a pill if it
: truly is the size of a mini M&M as mentioned
: on this site. Any tips for dosing or for
: dealing with MCNS and steriods in this age
: group? We're doing pretty good so far - I'm
: just anxious to see my little girls normal
: little face again.
: Thanks,
