Myself and a few others ran out to a local wreck in like 70 feet of water - vis was about 10 foot on bottom. the water has alot of white particulate in it like snow, not the brown snot that we sometimes see . there was no wind and it was easy tie in - just pull up, drop chain with no drift at all , line was slack the entire time - we did two and several ( more than 3 large lobsters came up) - i tried to grab a black fish about 8 lbs but it just swam further in to the hole it was in. - alot of sand was move around as the wreck seemed more exposed and i found some old stuff (DE) that was just laying out in the open i know was not normally there or it would have been picked up - the bottom was 43 degree and the top is much colder - i did like 50 minutes each ive and i was warm and sweaty - Stan did 40 minutes and came back with a nice lobster - i got a real good one by the shredder claw and held on as the crusher was trying to pinch off my finger tip - it was my biggest bug in a long time and i would not let go - my finger today is hurting but not broke lololol - I missed having the pennsy diver legend KONGER on board today, someone told me he is afraid to dive for lobsters, thats ok i understand, it ok to be afraid.............
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what now!!!!!!!!!!
carl - dont be like the rest of the people that dont dive for years, but still consider themselves big time divers, you know like konger - you need to go to that quarry you like so much and watch those divers - i hear they can stand up in the water and get dressed
