7/27/09 Posted by John Tyrol on 6/29/2009, 11:20 am 63.243.29.195 We hit the Off Shore tug and Tom's wreck Sat. A few bugs came off both wreck, nothing to get excited about. On the Off Shore we saw a monk fisk that was the biggest thing I have ever seen laying on the bottom, it was about the size of my desk I'm now typing on. My buddy got to watch this monster snap down a foot long sea bass in about a second. Vis on both dives was excellent and the water is warming up to summer time temps. We also saw a lobster sitting in a toilet would have been an interesting picture if my cheapo camera had worked. The Ocean flatten out for the ride home and worked out well for our half hearted Blue fishing effort. Thanks Howard. JT  Post a Response

Did you notice all the garbage floating in the water. I think it got flushed out of the rivers due to the heavy rain fall. I found a log on Sunday floating in the ocean, Unfortunately I foung it with my prop. I tried to change it Monday after work and just as I got the nuts off the fishing boat pulled into the slip next to me (stirred up the mud) and I could not see a thing so the old prop is still on the boat at this time. I am not too sure if I will get it changed before the weekend so its up to you to catch all those lobster out there. Is owning a boat fun or what?  Post a Response
