Howard, post some pictures of the boat. The picture on your web site only gives one view. I would like to see it from the front, the cabin area, control area, etc. If Waretown was closer to me, I would take a drive down. But my weekends are pretty full until the end of November and I can't get down to the dock to look at it.

Wow, nice picture Howie. I never knew. Maybe Mo can include it in her diveboat links? BTW, Mo when looking for Howard's link in your listings I noticed the Pirate King is still listed. To my knowledge it has been sold since last year and is operating out of Ocean City MD as a fishing boat. Maybe you'd want to verify and update? Also I noticed Tony's Blue Fathoms picture wasn't posted although the link is still active.

Done....regarding Capt. Tony's Blue Fathoms but I just want to double check about the Pirate King before deleting the link. I did take out the Spring Tide (no website to link to) and since nothing was coming up for the Stingray I took that down too. If anyone has any updates about shops or boats please let me know so that I can fix it a.s.a.p. Both dead links and new listing reports are always welcome. Thanks!

Mo, this is old news also, LBI Scuba on LBI sadly closed their doors late this past winter. I know the capt. that actually owned the Pirate King [not Rob] and I do know he sold it last year and said it moved out of State, but wouldn't hurt to double check in the event it is still running dive trips elsewhere.

WOW! I didn't hear anything about LBI Scuba going out of business! I do know that Eric was not himself the last few times we communicated which was awhile back. He was rather testy and if his business was in trouble at that time then I completely understand his attitude.....now.

Yeah, I imagine the downturn in the economy, acquiring a diveboat to better serve the shop along with possible other factors took it's toll. LBI Scuba had a long and respected presence on the island and will be missed. This leaves quite a large gap in the area for those needing air, repairs and other simple 911 items. The choices now require a bit of a drive to Pleasantville, Bricktown or western Jersey. Another closure was Underwater Discovery on Rt 37 in Toms River. However that shop/land was sold to a developer and Bob decided it was time to retire after 35+ years. Yo Howie, sorry for hijacking your thread. LOL

- Have deposit on new boat so big price reduction $5,995 cash
Posted by Howardr on 11/29/2009, 3:07 pm, in reply to "Re: Dive and Fishing Charter boat for Sale - Lady Godiver" 69.253.108.89
Ok I have a deposit on a new boat so I need to sell this one now. Boat is currently at the dock at my house .If you have wanted your own dive boat for you and your friends or for a small charter business then here's the deal I was planning on bringing it up to shark river but the weather has been so crummy I have not been able to use it. If you purchase it I am sure the marina would want let you have the same slip for the winter that I had. Anyway the price is $5,995 with everything listed in the ad except the loran which had been giving me trouble. I hauled it in august and cleaned and painted the bottom , replaced all the zincs except the one on the transom, replaced the shaft log, replaced the water pump, flushed out the coolant, changed the oil and filter, and other misc. maintenance. I am going to give it a couple of days on here and then list it in some other magazines, sites, etc. I would really like to see some divers get it and use it for diving rather than just fishing as it is set up more for divers but also works well for fishing. I will take off another $900 if you don't want my ladder. I will then use it on the new boat. Thanks Howard
