We hit a low wood wreck in about 85 ft E of Barnegat Inlet. The surface was still dirty but did not seem as bad as last week. Bottom vis was a bit brighter and temps still in the upper 50s. Nice dive and lobster , blackfish and fluke came up. Interesting that I shot a nice tog that was in a cave and when I pulled him out I had one that was a 13 lber and I also got a nice 10lber. I never saw the second one untill I pulled them both out of the hole. Luckily we had were able to share the fish so we did not have to throw back a dead fish.
Next we headed inshore to about 60 ft and more lobster , fluke and sea bass. About the same bottom conditions.
Lastly on the way in we stopped on a number that I wanted to check but it turned out to be some cut up tires. They may have been hung on a tug?
Nice day on the water , I hope you got out too
