We managed to put together a dive yesterday. With the strong west wind we decided to stay fairly close to shore. Did a trip to the NW barges. Surface vis was about 15 to 20' with quite a bit of large suspended particles. At about 40' the vis dropped to about 5' and was very silty. Bottom vis was a dark, silty 5'. No keepable lobsters found, no Tog shot, one trigger fish found it's way back to the boat. the ocean laid down quite a bit by the time we headed for the barn. Good to be back in the water and we were lucky to sneak a dive in under the conditions. hoping this clear up by next weekend! Hey Howard, my crew said they saw you guys gearing up on our way out. Did you dive?
