Sea conditions were good at maybe 2 ft seas and probably the lightest winds we have seen this season. After our very quick run we were on site and everyone was anxious to get in (over the side at 710am). Surface viz was kinda tough, but cleared very nicely on the way down. Viz on dive one would be about 15-20 ft and 50* top to bottom was my temp (for the boat that fluctuated from 48-52*). What a great wreck this is, lots of little hiding spots for all kinds of critters. Dive 2 would find the viz much improved maybe 25 ft+. For the day maybe a half dozen bugs, a couple scallops, one very large doormat spotted.............(cameras don't work too good for shooting fish you hope to take home to eat..........Kenny!) Overall everyone really enjoyed their day. I hate to think of myself as jaded with all the diving I'm blessed to be able to do, but sometimes it's hard to get up for all of 'em..........what I do find awesome is to share someone else's experience. When one of the divers today was asked how his dive was, he stated "It was heaven" and from the expression on his face I really think he meant it, like he said it! On the ride in our Illustrious Leader would check some interesting numbers for future considerations!!!!!!!!! Another great day on Lake Atlantic!
