you are correct they are abiding by the law as it is written, I was not stating they were doing anything illegal, nor was I saying we should not take any at all, on the contrary I think it should be managed fairly and above all with common sense - Lets see, I would start by not making laws that allow an UNLIMITED AMOUNT of a finite resource to be taken year after year. I would not allow large lobbying groups to effectively payoff the law makers to get the laws they want so they can profit from them, and if that’s what the commercial guys do, then let them own it. I would never enact such small recreational limits that knowingly crush the local economy and those individual that run them and above all I would NOT allow those that create these limits to base them on data that even they can’t agree among themselves as factual. I am sorry if I offended you or anyone else including you Mo that i didnt make my limited point of view more clear. You are correct about the new limit, it does not seem worth it to fish for just 38 or 2 fish no matter what you want to do with them
