On the Venture 3, six divers. Seas were a little bumpy but settled down as the day progressed.
We hit the Brunette, the Helen T. and a rock pile. Lots of short lobsters, no keepers for me. Did get a doorknob - a few more trips to the Brunette and I'll open my own Home Depot, unless they put a moratorium on Door Knobs until the stocks replenish.
A couple of bugs taken on the day.
The biggest irony of the day was the number of Sea Bass seen on all three stops. I can't recall ever seeing so many Sea Bass on a rock pile before. It was like the Sea Bass were able to read the newspaper and came out knowing they wouldn't be hunted.
Bottom temp 64 at 80 ft. It was one of those days where you're glad to get into the water to warm up.
