Hopped in the back bay yesterday to do some collecting. Sea stars and juvenile sea robins were on the menu for today. Visibility was a modest 5 feet, but the bright sun helped in spotting all the little critters. Saw the standard lineup of spider crabs, juv. fluke/flounder, clams, and even the occasional horseshoe crab. Also lots of little hermit crabs darting across the sand, frantic as always. Temps were around 65-66, then much warmer in the shallower part of the bay.
During the surface swim I managed to lose my red catch bag w/ knife attached, if anyone comes across it would appreciate it being recovered.
