We departed at 7am leaving the no see-ums at the dock and headed out to the Boiler in Lake Atlantic conditions, it was calm as glass. Both my dives today were to be photo dives since this wreck is so pituresque. The visibility was about 15-20' and the bottom temp was 50 degrees. We tied the anchor in near the engines and the prop shaft. This wreck was loaded with fish and lobster. Once I arrived on the bottom and started to take photos, my strobe would not work. So I was not able to get a single picture to come out. Therefore, the hubby (Bill) and I proceeded to load up on lobster and abundant sea bass. My strobe was working perfectly during the surface interval and then on the second dive the same thing...no flash. Oh well, I guess these dives were meant to be remembered without pictures. During the second dive we worked on some brass spikes and speared more sea bass. Chris O'Donnel got some real nice Sea Bass and I'll attach the photos. This was a great day to be out diving and we all had a great time. Capt. Bill even got to go diving! Kim
