I called them today (6097482020) and we do need a license to collect mussells, scallops, etc. The lady said there was no minimum size on scallops but we could only have 150 total of all species. So, even with a license, you can only have 150 mussells each, or 150 scallops, or any combination there of. No license needed for lobsters as long as minimum size (3 3/8") and number (6) are not violated. Us seniors only need a $2 license.
