Diver's Two kicked off their '08 Foster's Dive Club season on the Venture III out of Belmar marina on Sunday afternoon. Headed out to the Restorer tug boat under bright blue skies and a fair breeze. Seas 2-4 ft with a chop inshore that died once we got off the beach. Found 15-20 ft of vis with a chilly 49 degree bottom temp. Top of the wreck was at 63 ft and hit 80 ft in the wash. 1 bug and a few fish and mussles came up along with a nice hatch cover. Club dives continue all season on Sunday afternoons. 3:30 departure time, 1 tank. For info call Divers Two at 732 776-7755.
