Guess I should have put a smiley face in my post. As I said in another post you're right about Spain being able to enforce their laws in their territory if in fact the loot is in their waters at all. Marine Odyssey is trying the ole' easier to get forgiven than permission trick.
I wouldn't want them taking my bike but I'd be quiet if they carted off the one I took from you! The Met has started to return art of questionable provenance and those bloody Brits may have to return the Elgin Marbles someday![]()
Let's see what the Taxman has to say about all of this too. At least Marine Odyssey isn't poaching lobster traps, that WOULD be criminal!
