I don't care where is was found. The Spanish don't have a right to a molecule of this stuff. Let's see, they invade populated nations, enslave and kill off the people and then cart off all the natural resources then they want to cry about property rights when they were happy to let it rot for a hundred years! Odyssey Marine should argue that Spain is not entitled to something it stole in the first place. This just burns me up!
