Posted by Chris Salinas I'm looking for picture and info of the Proctor Rail yard from the 1950s. I've done searches on the net and have produced some info, but not enough accurate information. Digital copies of pictures would be fine as long as I can see some detail. What I'd like to find is buildings and their locations at that time. Especially some great photos of the coaling tower and such. What I'm trying to do is build an N gauge proto of the yard. I have a engineer track layout of the yard dated 1983, but the tracks were different in the 1950's (as I examined what I do have). So trackage won't be hard, but pics from that time will help as well. I promise I'll share pictures of the completed layout. Once I get a lot of questions answered, the faster I can get started. Don't be surprise if I ask a lot about certain structures, like the little roundhouse, the road tressel that goes over the yard and such. Chris
