DM&IR mikado tender types

Hello,
Does anyone have a picture of a DM&IR mikado with a long tender? (see picture below for the type of tender I mean) I am trying to model a DM&IR mikado, as accurately as possible, but I'm not sure of the proper road number, or decal types on the locomotive and tender.
