Posted by MK on 2/2/2006, 11:27 pm You ARE my loyal friends and I appreciate your continued interest and caring. I'm thriving these days in NYC as a sign language interpreter and as a teacher. One of my responsibilites is public outreach and education about traditional Relay service (a federally mandated free service that allows people with hearing loss or speech disabilties to use the telephone). I'm also a teaching artist for Theatre Development Fund and participate in their Talking Hands program. I'm VERY busy as an interpreter these days and very happy as well. I'm still open to acting if and when the time and project are right. I had a ball revisiting India last August. The best part was seeing my Springfield friends again - the pictures from the fund raising breakfast are proof that I love them and enjoy them as ever. OK, so don't give up on me... I promise to make a more concerted effort to post here more often. As always, I offer up the highest props to Scott for this fabulous place and I thank you all for many years of support and friendship. We should all plan some kind of convention in Andorra... what do you think? Oh my... you're right. HELLO! I humbly apologize to all of you. Scott is simply amazing with updating and maintaining this site and I, admittedly, am lax in my participation. I have become an awful correspondent. Thank goodness for my dear friends closeby who prod me now and then and make sure I check out this fabulous place.
