Pictures I took yesterday.

I looked at my plants yesterday and this is what a closeup of some of the fronds on My Med Fan look like! Some fronds look OK. I did not get a picture of my Butia x jubaea but it was almost totally fried. Amazingly the Trichocereus and Echinopsis hybrids are not hurt at all. The Agave 'Blue Glow' in a pot, outside, beside the garage door is not hurt as well. Amazing how hardy the'Blue Glow' and Trichocereus and Echinopsis are. Ocahui and attentuata are the parents of the Hybrid 'Blue Glo. Attentuata is a tropical Agave and Ochaui is like a zone 8. Anyway this is it so far on those. I took pics of most all of my Agave and they are all unblemished. Some of my Agave are definitely rated at 9 but I can tell the experts that that is just not so. I have pictures to prove it....just saying. My Trachys all look good.

I think this event is over Fred and hope your Butia x jubaea bounces back. Nice to see good results on so many things. I knew your trachys would be bullet proof Thanks for posting this!

Yes, that palm frond looks damaged. That's unfortunate. Hopefully the other stuff you mentioned will be fine in the long run. Crazy weather!
