Uh oh, another of my Camellias, in bloomin' in the D!
This Asian native, adopted by the Deep South, as a characteristic plant, is blooming in the Upper Midwest.
Late in the winter, I posted a pic of this Camellia, while it still had its protection on. The flower buds were still healthy, on the plant.
Although the plant is not oversized, it is full of large, white and yellow, anemone-form blooms. It is a Camellia japonica 'Jury's Yellow'.
Anybody else still have camellias blooming?
