One thing I like about living in elevations is some places around here haven't seen the Bradfords in bloom yet. I was up on the high plateau Sunday and still barren trees but boy will they be surprised very soon.
Thanks for sharing about that outbreak that tore a hole in the heartland so many years ago. It left few areas untouched. My grandfather told me a year after it happened that the Nashville TV stations were saying all warnings were lifted, come out of your shelters and get some sleep. Less than 30 minutes later a massive giant tornado destroyed the town where I live without warning.
