My ultimate low was about 8'F with ice, sleet, and snow on that same cold night. I think those combination of things caused my windmills to practically defoliate again. Plus, sunshine directly on the aforementioned precip is not good either. I need more evergreen overhead protection. Oh well, can't have it all. I guess I should be happy what survived these last two terrible winters.
By the way, my butia is dying. I've already got plans there. No big deal to me. I don't wanna have to protect much anyways. Thanks Rob.
