that's a very common fungal attack seen on yucca here. The best thing you can do is cut off the foliage that's infected. Applications of copper fungicide is recommended for fungal leaf spot. You need to spray in the spring with an ornamental fungicide to prevent spores from forming and destroying new yucca plant leaves. Some people recommend neem oil too.
I hate this fungus. Some years it seems worse than others. Remember, at least try to cut off daamaged and spotty yucca blades. Humidity causes it.

I was in Lowes yesterday and almost bought some of that. They had tons of it up front due to possible freezing water lines in the forecast. I was tempted to buy some but didn't. My bad. I live 30 minutes away and likely wont be going back for a while.
Coppercide works great as a fungicide and actually protects BEFORE fungal attack. Its a great preventive strike on fungus. Use as directed.
Good choice for prevention and good luck in the approaching storm systems. Looks like the I-95 region will get hit this time around.
