It depends on sitting and the soil etc. I think you have a fair amount of shade which makes a shorter plant. Mine are full sun and easily top out at 6ft tall and wide. Mines flowers range from 6-12" sometimes all on the same plant. I think it depends on how much water it gets also. I miss my Texas Star Hibiscus it died a few winters ago (about the same time I lost most of my cannas)
