Iíve seen that before, but it never gets old! I have the capability to sand cast aluminum and zamak at home. The problem is that if you hit a pocket of water, the molten metal will flash boil the water and blow liquid metal everywhere. You have to dry your molds out over the furnace before you pour. Respect the metal!
