It's normal for some discoloration at the temps we've had. The main thing is did the foliage look normal the past 3 days of warm temps? If it had a folded or furled look, that does not bode well, at least for the foliage. If these were new transplants and unprotected they could be in real trouble, and more single digit temps are on the way. Good luck.
