I'm glad to hear from you. Hopefully it will come through this mess without damage. I was over at Bethany Beach between Christmas and New Year's for a visit but got out of there before the snow hit. While traveling across the Delmarva Wednesday morning before sunrise heading back toward the Bay Bridge, I saw some scary single digit temperatures around Bridgeville Delaware (1 degree). But most other areas were not much better that morning. That was before the snow hit.
There have been some crazy temperatures to the south throughout the Virginia and North Carolina coastal plain with that deep snow cover they have there also. Chesapeake VA went below zero and Greenville NC went to zero. We lucked out here in the Shenandoah Valley and didn't receive any measurable snowfall from that recent storm. Crazy weather!
